Our corporate facilitation process is designed through an empathetic and healing lens to assist internal teams with navigating difficult conversations and cultivating community. Anti-Racism Training.

Our anti-racism training is designed to provide organizations with shared language and understanding. Participants will examine white supremacy culture by exploring our own on individual and collective contributions to systems of oppression. By Centering awareness, anti-racist practice and implementation, this workshop offers meaningful learning and reflection opportunities for participants of all racial identities.

 

Equitable Research Training.

Our equitable research training guides participants as they explore, examine and dissect the historical context of research and implementation through the lens of methodology. By creating space for internal reflection, participants will develop awareness of how research processes and ideation can contribute to larger systems of oppression, while working to co-create critical steps for equitable research practice.

 

Racial Equity Coaching.

We support leadership teams in developing practices which align with racial equity and strategic goal setting. Our one on one coaching process prioritizes culturally responsive interpersonal communication methods through shared learning to create safer, more expressive spaces for employees, staff and personnel.
